I seriously don’t get this long running campaign from Carl’s Jr/Hardees. Sex attracts, but it doesn’t necessarily sell.
It sort of reminds me of the Underpants Gnome marketing strategy
Step 1: Make hot girl eat fast food
Step 2: ????
Step 3: Profit
It isn’t helping them come anywhere close to McDonalds in terms of market share and if anything, it distracts from the food. I guess it gives people something to talk about while they’re eating Big Macs and Quarter Pounders.
Plus, as we’ve learned from the prophets Jay and Silent Bob, fast food makes girls fart.
